Permanent vinyl items should be hand washed, not soaked, not microwaved, and not put in the dishwasher.

Sublimation mugs are microwave safe. Top-rack dishwasher use is recommended if using a dishwasher.
How should custom shirts be washed?
Wash inside out in cold water, avoid fabric softener, tumble dry low or hang to dry, do not dry clean, and do not iron the design.
